Refund Policy

A paid program is charged through Stripe at enrollment. Refund requests are reviewed case by case rather than granted automatically — reach out and we'll work it out with you.

If a program you've enrolled in doesn't start as scheduled, or you need to withdraw before it begins, email contact@codelivly.com or message us on WhatsApp and we'll work it out directly. As the platform grows and payment moves through a standard checkout flow, this page will be updated with the specific terms that apply.
