Training Codelivly is an instructor-led training platform operated by Codelivly. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, and sign-in information) are handled by Clerk, our authentication provider, on our behalf. Training data — cohort membership, session attendance, assignment submissions, evaluations, and certificates — is stored in our own database so the platform can function. We don't sell this data or share it with advertisers.
How it's used
Solely to run the platform: authenticating you, running cohorts and sessions, recording evaluations, and issuing certificates. Instructors and admins can see the training data of students in cohorts they manage; students can see their own.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by emailing contact@codelivly.com. Certificates remain independently verifiable at their public URL even after an account is deleted, since that's the point of a certificate.
